Horrible treatment, they don't take calls, they make you wait for appointments and when you go it is always closed. Today I had an appointment at 10, I went and found it closed. I do not recommend this clinic.

They make me wait two months for the appointment because it is from Sanitas and then they make me wait two hours, passing everyone ahead of my time. To which in the end they leave them waiting for another 15 minutes in the room while they talk in the next room. I have had to leave without receiving any help. I warned several times about the wait and that they attended to me and not even the slightest help. There is no worse place

A disaster, I called and they gave me an appointment within 1 month, when I get to the door it turns out that the location on Google Maps is wrong and they are in another place 1km away. After arriving they tell me that unlike what the Asisa medical team in Ceuta indicates that anyone can consult on the internet, they do not work with Asisa.

Unfortunate the attention of the telephone operator / receptionist. I asked him for an appointment on October 19 and when he asked me what company I was from and I told him Asisa, automatically, and the second he replied: "There is no appointment until February." Without looking at the agenda or anything, immediate response. Like he doesn't want to see patients. REGRETTABLE.

Bad experience. Bad "professionals" if you can call them that, because I ended up with an irritated face and wounds until they dried up to have scabs on a very important day for me. In the very hot cabins without any type of ventilation, in the middle of the treatment they have to go to open the door or answer the phone. In the end, everything is very unpleasant. Terrible value for money!!
